These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.wearyourjewellery.com and any order you place through it. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. About Us
This website is operated by Wear Your Jewellery, an online-only retailer of imitation and fashion jewellery, with its registered office at Unit C 1501, 34 Park Estate, Yashwant Nagar, Goregaon West, Mumbai, Maharashtra – 400104, India. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Wear Your Jewellery.
2. Our Products
We sell imitation, fashion and designer-inspired jewellery. Our products are not solid gold, solid silver or precious-stone jewellery, and are not sold as fine jewellery or as investment items. Descriptions such as antique gold, kundan, American diamond or pearl refer to the finish, styling or simulated stones used, not to precious metal or gemstone content.
We make every effort to display product details accurately. Slight variation in colour, size or finish may occur due to photography, lighting and screen differences, and because many items are finished by hand.
3. Pricing and Availability
All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). The price shown against a product is the final price of that product – no additional tax is added at checkout. Any shipping charge that applies to your order is shown separately at checkout before you confirm it.
All products are subject to availability. Prices and offers may change without prior notice, but a change will not affect an order we have already confirmed. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and offer a replacement, a refund or cancellation.
4. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm your order and dispatch it. We may refuse or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, where there is a pricing or description error, where we cannot deliver to the address given, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel a prepaid order, we refund it in full.
5. Payments
We accept UPI, debit and credit cards and net banking through our third-party payment provider, and Cash on Delivery where it is available for your location. Payments are processed securely by the payment provider. Wear Your Jewellery does not store your card details, UPI PIN, or net banking credentials.
6. Shipping, Returns and Refunds
Delivery timelines, charges and courier arrangements are set out in our Shipping Policy.
We accept returns only for products that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect, reported within 24 hours of delivery. We do not offer exchanges. Approved returns are free of charge. Full details are in our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Your Account and Acceptable Use
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity carried out under your account. You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or using it for unlawful purposes.
8. Reviews and Submitted Content
Any review, rating, photograph or comment you submit may be displayed publicly. You confirm the content is your own and lawful. We may moderate, decline to publish, or remove content that breaches these terms or applicable law.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, logos, text, product photography and design, is the property of Wear Your Jewellery and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.
10. Privacy
How we collect and handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Wear Your Jewellery is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this website or our products. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian law that cannot be excluded.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Any change takes effect once published on this page, and the Last Updated date above is revised. The terms in force when you place an order are the ones that apply to that order.
